We booked a room with 2 levels, and as parents with 3 teenagers, we got good privacy since our bedroom was at the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a safe, big closets and comfortable balcony. The view from the room was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was excellent! Got everything we needed - vegetables, variety of cheese, desserts, and hot and soft drinks. Everything was fresh and tasty! The staff is taking care of the sitting once you arrive, taking your order of coffee and customized omelets with pleasant attitude. The view from the dining room is also to the lake and it increases the good experience. The service was excellent! We got answers for anything we needed, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is good, not far from Interlaken, fitted our needs for our daily trips. There are a lot of parking spaces, indoor and outdoor.

Amazing place and a large hotel with all the facilities. Self-service laundry and dryer are also available. We stayed in an apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Thun—the view was absolutely marvelous. The hotel offered very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in Interlaken, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only concern is that if you're relying on public transport, this may not be the most convenient location, as there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, and only one bus operates on the road with a frequency of once per hour. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive to Interlaken. However, if you're traveling by car, this is an amazing choice and will make your stay truly wonderful.

Good facilities for a family with pool and multiple sauna areas. Great overall experience. The location of the hotel is truly something special. We would love to return again. Room furnishing was typical woody and gave a mountain/woods kind of feel, especially the duplex rooms. Housekeeping was good, and so was the breakfast. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helping. The bus stop was very near to the hotel, so commutation was not a problem. Good value for money. Would love to visit again.
